What most people need isn’t an expert in their space, but someone who can see what they can’t, because they’re too close to it.
I believe most things that stall momentum come back to the same place. And it isn’t that the vision is missing, or that the creative voice is wrong. It’s a real understanding of why it matters, who it is for and the feeling it needs to invoke in them, or what it takes to move into the next chapter.
That’s where I come in. I am someone on the outside keeping sight of the bigger picture, asking the questions that unlock what was already there, and holding the vision when you can’t hold it yourself. I partner with you until the moment you stop second-guessing and start actually seeing your vision come to life.
Are you already in motion, building something real, but stalled on the next step?
Most people will hand you a strategy before they’ve asked what you actually need. I start with the important questions, so before anything else, I get the full context of what you’re actually trying to do.
The people I work best with are curious, open, and willing to be challenged. They care more about getting it right than being right. They’ve sat across from service providers who handed them packages without asking a single question, and something in them knew they weren’t getting it right.
If you want someone to hand you a plan based on assumption, I’m probably not your person. If you want a partner who will ask the questions that make the plan actually worth building, let’s talk.
Every engagement begins with a conversation where we figure out together what you’re moving through, what the chapter ahead actually looks like, and whether this is the right partnership for it.
If we’re aligned, the engagement gets scoped to your specific arc. A chapter could be one month or several. A brand building from the ground up, a product ready to launch, a creative production that needs a foundation, or a business at an inflection point.
Whatever the arc, the rhythm inside it is wave-based. We go deep when the moment calls for it, and we give space when integration needs to happen. Every engagement closes at the end of the chapter. Not because the relationship ends, but because the work deserves a real completion. If a new chapter is emerging, we talk about what comes next.
I’ve spent over a decade working in marketing roles across dynamic brands and industries such as sporting goods, CPG, culture, and marketplaces. Each experience taught me something different about how people build, how teams communicate, and where a vision gets lost in translation. That breadth gave me a wide business perspective that most strategists don’t have. I’ve seen how decisions get made at every level and what truly halts momentum.
What I’ve always been drawn to, is the moment someone gets clear. I’ve spent years being the person in the room who could see what was being built before anyone could say it, who asked the question that shifted everything, and who held the thread when things got complicated.
GRCE Projects is where I get to do it fully, with the people I believe in.
